Stayed here for 3 nights while on our trip to Kangaroo Island. I would class this place as a hostel rather than a lodge or hotel and have rated it as such. The first room we stayed in was quite large although the walls are paper thin and we could hear absolutely every noise in the surrounding rooms. Also the water system made a lot of noise so if you are a light sleeper this place is probably not for you.
The location is pretty good though being walking distance from the Central Market which has a multitude of fresh produce and lots of nice asian restaurants.
