The Travel Blogger community is a great little community of like-minded travel lovers who love to share their stories, photos, and experiences with us, so that we can be inspired to seek out our own travel adventures.
We thought it would be fun to match up a few of the more prominent travel bloggers with their celebrity lookalikes. Some were easy to match up, while others were extremely difficult.
We’d appreciate it if you voted for the blogger/celebrity with the best match, and then in a month’s time, when all of the votes are tallied, TravelByU will donate $100 USD to the winning travel blogger’s charity of choice.
I hope no one is too offended by the choices we’ve made; we’d like you all to see the humorous side of the post. A bit of fun – All for a good cause.

I also aim to help others who may not be interested in following the ‘rat race’ realize that extensive travel is not some far-fetched, crazy dream, but a very reasonable and achievable goal instead. In the end, it is my sincere hope that my posts, stories and advice may allow more people to take control of their lives and benefit from travel as much as I have over the years.”

I focus on providing unique off the beaten path experiences because quite frankly, I don’t like to do anything typical! I often skip big tourist attractions in search for authentic local experiences. Basically I wander the world solo without a home. I teach ESL occasionally, do freelance work, evangelize on the benefits of career breaks, housesit, volunteer, and anything else that sounds exciting and comes with a bed. Sometimes it’s great, and sometimes it’s not so great; it’s just my nomadic life. I primarily travel solo however my latest adventure was traveling with 3 other travel bloggers driving from London to Mongolia in a totally inappropriate car. Stop by and check out the wacky adventures of living out of a suitcase permanently!”
